Leonard Lee, Senior Director, Leadership & Talent Management, APAC, Hilton Worldwide
Leonard’s expertise lies in the area of talent management and this encompasses assessing talent, developing talent, managing performance, running talent reviews and doing succession planning. His talent management experience extends across different countries in Asia-Pacific and different industries including hospitality, investment banking, financial information and consulting.
He holds a Master in Business Policies in Social Development and Employment (Industrial Sociology) from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po), France. He is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) from the Center of Credentialing and Education (CCE) in the USA and is an accredited associate coach with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).

Having more than 20 years of experience in Learning & Development and Change, Lynn has added value to various industries namely Hotel, Retail, Insurance, Logistics over the years. In her current capacity, she has successfully built a learning culture through virtual learning communities in the Region.
Lynn believes in the power of learning through people and network. She sees potential in people and the importance of maximizing their potential through Coaching. She is an Internal Coach herself and has coached employees from India, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand.
Lynn will share about how DHL has integrated community learning into their teams. From building trust and relationships, to leveraging the strength of the individuals, this sharing will follow DHL’s journey in L&D.
